I was given the opportunity to take part in the Bright Spark programme - a leadership development programme across our European markets. This really molded my career, both now and moving forward, and opened new connections with our international colleagues and leadership team.听

I started in our Commercial team, then after four years I started learning how to code in my spare time. Through my work mentor I met some Developers at Emc易倍体育 who advised me on how to hone and develop my skills. I was delighted to move to a Junior Software Developer role, where I was fully supported in my transition and development. I am excited to keep building on my skillset here.
