Today Emc易倍体育 UK, a leader in out-of-home advertising, announced the acquisition of Vision Media Group UK (VMG), its digital mall hardware partner in the UK.
In January 2008, Emc易倍体育 UK entered into a ground breaking deal with VMG becoming the national sales partner on its screen network. Following the success of the partnership, the acquisition is a natural step for Emc易倍体育 in consolidating key contracts and services under the Emc易倍体育 brand.
The acquisition of the UK arm of VMG Global will strengthen Emc易倍体育鈥檚 relationships with malls and ensure a leading position in digital displays in malls.
VMG will continue to operate its global markets in China, India, Germany, South Africa and the US as a separate entity under VMG Global.
